Booking conditions

Arrival/Departure

Arrival after 15.00, if you arrive after 17.00, please contact us in advance.
Departure before 11.00

Payment/Cancellation

When booking, a booking fee of 20% of the total is deducted. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival.
When booking less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation can be made up to 30 days before arrival. Booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged the full cost.

Bedding

Bed linen and towels are included.
On departure, the beds are made and the sheets are placed inside the front door.

Cleaning

The cabin is left cleaned unless cleaning is purchased as an additional service. Missed or incomplete cleaning will be charged SEK 1,000. NOTE: If you have purchased cleaning from us, washing up or taking care of rubbish is not included. This must be done before you leave the cabin.

Consumables

Consumables such as washing-up liquid, household paper, toilet paper etc. dyl is not included in the rent.

Pets

We have accommodation in Eken in which we allow pets, other accommodation and premises are pet-free due to allergies. But you are warmly welcome in our garden.

Smoking

Smoking indoors is not permitted.

Force majeure

In the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics or other circumstances beyond our control, Lantluft reserves the right to change or cancel the booking conditions.
